I love this drawing but, why did you put that nasty expression on the captain's eyes? What kind of expression would you choose for a "gondola", in Venice? I'm challenging you!

I was having a bad day - I thought why shouldn't he have a bad day too. Hence the frown.
I just thought of a gondola joke, which may turn up fairly soon, but I don't think there will be any expressions involved - except while I'm drawing it, and you wouldn't want to see those.
