Petshop quartet

This drawing celebrates
300 drawings on Non-Stick,
and it's my 300th drawing
on Non-Stick, which is a
happy coincidence.
Thanks for tuning in,
especially to those who
come here often and leave
occasional comments
(which I enjoy thinking up
silly answers to almost as
much as the drawing) and
help me stick to this crazy
plan.

Congrats on your 300th post...

Here's to another 300! Or not...

There you are - three of my serial commenters.
Thanks folks.

As for another 300, I wasn't expecting to reach 30 - !f I manage to do another 65, to make up a year's worth, I think this particular plan will have stuck long enough. Then I'll alter the plan and probably scale back my output to 2 or 3 a week and include some other stuff, and hopefully make it more 'conversational'. Stay tuned (if you feel like it).

Keep on non-sticking like crazy, I will keep on sticking around here:)

Thanks, Marta. I wonder if there would be a market for non-stick glue?

I hope it doesn't come 'unstuck' for a VERY long time. This a fun addition to each day!

Thanks, Sue. A VERY long time sounds a bit daunting. Even the dinosaurs didn't last that long.

A market for non-stick glue! Maybe, maybe there could be one! The idea is very attractive.

I follow your drawings via RSS, and though I rarely comment (I should do that more,) I am regularly amazed at the visual puns, metaphors, wittycisms and other great ideas you manage to come up with on a daily basis.

Thanks, bassem. I do a new drawing every day, and try to come up with new ideas as often as I can, but a good proportion of the ideas come from my notebooks, which I've been adding to for some years. I couldn't keep this up without a back-up system, and I like to think the ideas are new to other people, even if they're not always new to me.

I hope this doesn't disappoint you. People assume all sorts of things if you don't spell it out. The truth usually turns out to be a little less 'amazing'.

Nah, I'm not disappointed. Keep on non-sticking!
